How you can help

The average farmer in Côte d’Ivoire earns under $4 a day. Which doesn't leave much room to afford better farming equipment, storage supplies or transportation all of which lead to agricultural waste. Our program believes that the first step to solving poverty and hunger begins by working individually with farmers to rethink, reduce and reuse conventionally acceptable agricultural waste.

About this nonprofit

We Farm Africa believes that investing in farming is pivotal to reducing poverty. But investing money is half the solution; the other half comes from a plan. Our plan focuses on a major aspect of farming that is often overlooked: Waste. Our plan is to: rethink, reduce and reuse waste.
