There is no complete record of Chinese Americans who served in WWII. Moreover, there is no central location housing all associated multimedia.

Based in Washington, DC, the Chinese American WWII Veterans Recognition Project's mission to recognize, honor and celebrate the military service of Chinese Americans who fought in WWII through advocacy, preservation and education so that the achievements and contributions of the ‘greatest generation’ will never be forgotten.

About this nonprofit

The Chinese American Citizens Alliance (C.A.C.A.) has fought against racial discrimination, defended civil rights, opposed anti-immigration movements and countered efforts to marginalize American Chinese culture and heritage. Each of the chartered lodges across the U.S. is dedicated to enhancing civic pride, supporting community services and promoting responsible citizenship.
