Subsistence farmers make up 70% of farming families in Honduras. In rural areas 63% of people live in poverty and 50% in extreme poverty conditions.

How you can help

We provide rural microfinance to poor, small-scale agricultural producers of coffee, corn, and beans in Lempira, Honduras. Our program gives farmers the financial resources to improve their production, which then increases their income and provides the opportunity for a better, poverty-free future for their families.
